• Is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Contains pornography or explicit sexual content

PrintPutt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, suspend access, or remove content at its discretion if it believes a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.

• A description of the allegedly infringing material

PrintPutt may remove disputed content and restrict repeat offenders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintPutt shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• User-generated content
• Intellectual property violations by users
• Service interruptions
• Printing errors
• Misuse of printed products

Users assume responsibility for their use of the Services.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintPutt, its operators, venue partners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from claims or expenses arising from:

• User Content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Misuse of the Services

PrintPutt may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
