SMS Terms & Conditions

PrintPutt provides an SMS/MMS messaging service that allows customers to submit photos and receive information related to personalized golf ball designs and orders.

Customers may receive messages including:

• Links to continue a golf ball customization with a submitted photo preloaded
• Photo upload and customization information
• Order confirmations
• Print-ready or order completion notifications
• Order status updates
• Customer support messages related to their PrintPutt experience

This messaging program is intended for customer-care and transactional communications. Promotional or marketing messages will only be sent to users who have separately opted in to receive them.

Customers may opt in to the PrintPutt messaging program by texting PRINT to +1 (217) 599-3321.

After texting PRINT, customers will receive a message explaining the service and requesting confirmation. Customers must reply YES to confirm enrollment before continuing with the messaging service.

After confirmation, customers may send a photo by MMS to PrintPutt. PrintPutt may respond with a unique link that allows the customer to open the submitted photo in the PrintPutt golf ball customization interface.

By completing the opt-in process, you authorize PrintPutt to send automated SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you used to enroll for the purposes described above.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with PrintPutt, the number of customization requests you make, and your order activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and mobile service plan.

You may opt out of PrintPutt text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request is processed, PrintPutt will no longer send messages to that mobile number through this messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Availability of SMS and MMS messaging may depend on your mobile carrier and service plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

PrintPutt respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
